ganda ng bulusan lake---..sana pag uwi ko diyan ay makalangoy man lang ako kahiti hindi sa bulusan-kahit saan basta dagat--- do you have any beach resort that you know na safe at pwedeng paglanguyan ng isang monk na tulad ko?.... keep blogging your photos.. God bless...

dom lawrence, according to local folklore, Bulusan lake has a whirlpool that sucks the swimmers in. Nobody knows how deep it is because almost nobody swims in it.
Safe beaches for monks.. uhm.. madami dito!

Ang ganda talaga ng Bulusan Lake. We used to go fishing and swimming there when I was a kid. Mas maganda mag-swimming diyan sa gitna dahil mas malinis. Dinadala namin ang bangka sa gitna, minsan naman plastic lang na galon ang dala namin noon para kapag napagod kaming kalalangoy ginagawa namin itong salbabida para magpahinga. As far as I know maximum depth of the lake is 21.0 m. Iyong tungkol sa whirlpool hindi totoo iyon. So far ang namatay lang diyan ay isang epileptic na namimingwit. Got a picture of Bulusan lake from ebay, taken in the 1950's.

Sana mag-post ka pa ng pictures ng iba't-ibang tourist spots sa Bulusan.

Sana lang huwag putulin nang putulin ng mga illegal loggers ang mga puno diyan sa malapit sa lake at sana pagtulungan alagaan ng mga taga-Bulusan ang lake. Hindi lang ang lake kung hindi ang mga ilog at dagat. Sana mapanatiling malinis. To Donlawrence: Marami kang malalanguyan sa Bulusan, dahil mayroon kaming falls, beaches, river, and a hot and cold pool (Masacrot & Palogtoc). Bulusan is a paradise yet to be discovered by the tourists :-) Medyo marami na ang lugar na napuntahan ko pero di ko ipagpapalit ang Bulusan.

Wow! I'm so touched by your love and longing for Bulusan. Yes, it is a paradise waiting to be discovered by tourists. From the places you've mentioned, I take it you're from Bulusan? I have lots of Bulusan pictures posted here

You bought a picture of Bulusan Lake? How much? Sana you post it para we can see the changes after 50 years.
